Seafordspirit offers demonstrations of various types of mediumship.
Usually held the second and fourth Saturdays of every month, commencing at 7.30pm unless stated on the events page
The Reflective Medium WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION Mediumship is part skill and part reflection of the medium. This practical one-day workshop will therefore explore not only what you are receiving from the Spirit World, but also what you are offering to it through your presence, awareness and individuality. We will examine the tools needed to create connections that are rich in detail, accuracy and emotional depth, while also considering the personal beliefs, past experiences and subconscious filters that may influence or limit the information you receive. Through a series of focused exercises, you will be encouraged to move beyond familiar patterns, uncover hidden potential and develop a deeper understanding of yourself as the instrument. The day will then focus on bringing your mediumship fully to life. Are you allowing yourself to feel and express the emotion within the communication, or are you working only from the mind? Are you measuring success by the number of “yeses” you receive, or recognising the deeper therapeutic and healing value of the work? Through one-to-one, small-group and public exercises, you will be supported to discover the medium you are—not the medium you believe you should be—and to work with greater freedom, authenticity and purpose. The aim is to deepen both your connection with the Other World and your understanding of the presence you bring to that relationship.
