From Brighton
Follow from the main A259 from Brighton, through Newhaven follow directions for Seaford. On entering Seaford, remain on the main road until the rail station is on the right. A mini roundabout is in front of the station, take the second turning off the roundabout and continue on the main through road until you come to a set of traffic lights, the library is on your left, Seafords Chiropractic Clinic is situated on the right corner. Turn right into Warwick Road, the Seafordspirit Centre is next to the clinic on the right side of the road. car parking is available on the street or in the car park at the end of the road and turn left - free after 6.00pm
